Annemarie Wall, Esquire

Annemarie Wall cofounded Marcoux & Wall, LLC, a firm focused on assisting clients in family law matters. Ms. Wall and her partner, Mr. Marcoux, believe that when going through the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, parents and children deserve compassionate, client-centered, and cost-effective representation.  From their firm’s headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, Ms. Wall represents clients in family law, through negotiation, mediation and litigation, and spends considerable time representing children as a Court-appointed Best Interest Attorney through the Montgomery County Circuit Court.  She also assists clients with simple estate planning and probate matters throughout the State of Maryland.

After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from American University in 2000, Ms. Wall obtained her Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2006.  She later received her M.S. in 2009 and M.B.A. in 2010 from the University of Maryland University College.  Ms. Wall is a trained Mediator, Collaborative Practitioner, Child Privilege Attorney, Best Interest Attorney and Child Advocate Attorney.  Ms. Wall has been published by the Maryland Bar Journal and the Albany Environmental Outlook Journal and has taught Continuing Legal Education courses in Advanced Trial Advocacy and Continuing Education courses for Mental Health Professionals involved in Family Law litigation matters.

Ms. Wall is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and Bar Association for Montgomery County (BAMC), serving as the Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the BAMC since 2020.  She has participated in the Montgomery County Inns of Court and as a volunteer judge for Mock Trial Competitions at the law school, college and university and high school levels.  Ms. Wall assists the University of Toronto American Mock Trial Team as an attorney coach.
